Take a trip to Elk Island National Park, 45 minutes from Edmonton. Elk Island is home to many species of wildlife including plains and woods bison. Learn about the history of bison and how they affect the prairie landscape. Admission includes transportation to and from Elk Island National Park, park admission, a tour of the Plains Bison Handling Facility, and a short guided hike by parks staff.

Starts at 10:30am. Bus pickup location will be announced shortly but will be in Downtown Edmonton.
